I suppose this is the point, but… won’t we all know the correct answer by the end of the week?
Also… the LA Times is reporting as straightforward fact: “Democrats lack the votes in the full Senate to mount a filibuster against [Alito's] nomination.” Anyone have a more definitive source for this factoid?
