Now that I’ve had the opportunity to review some of the details, it’s clear that what we have in the agreement just announced is an agreement as to goals, and not a real agreement, per se. I very much agree with Dennis, from the comments to my previous post, that this could be just another stalling tactic from Pyongyang. In early November, we shall find out how serious North Korea is, when talks resume to hash out the details of implementation. In the interim, caution is the watchword…
